Living in a Land Lease Community

Being part of a land lease community means you may own your own dwelling but you lease the land that home is on and therefore, pay site fees.

Please view https://www.landleaseliving.com/ for more information.

Entering into a site agreement comes with rights and responsibilities and

requires an entry process including various checks and references.

A full list of rights and responsibilities is set out in a site agreement, rules and the Residential Land Lease Act 2013 https://legislation.nsw.gov.au/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-097

For more information and a copy of our disclosure statement please contact our office for an appointment.

It is important to note, park approval must be granted prior to a site agreement being entered into. If you purchase a caravan or home from a homeowner, you are not automatically granted a site agreement and may need to remove the structure.
